CIRCUMSTANCES OF LOSS PFC Woodrow W. Finley was a member of the Marine detachment aboard the USS Arizona. He was aboard the battleship when it exploded and sank at the battle of Pearl Harbor. Finley was declared killed in action on 7 December 1941. His remains are believed to rest aboard the Arizona. |
